LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY:

SCMFG CORPORATION warrants against delamination of this product from substrate as long as you own your property (when our product has been applied and maintained according to label directions).

This product must be reapplied every seven years to keep lifetime warranty in effect. We do not warrant problems with the product which are caused by factors beyond our control, such as:

  • Structural defects
  • Damage to the paint film by others
  • Poor condition of the substrate
  • Improper application
  • Etc.

If not satisfied as warranted, return the unused portion as well as sales receipt to the place of purchase. You will receive as your exclusive remedy of either a refund of the price paid for the product, or replacement with product of equal value.

This warranty specifically excludes labor or cost of labor for the application of any paint and consequential, incidental damages.

Some states do not allow exclusion of consequential or incidental damages, so the limitation or exclusion contained in the above warranty may not apply to you.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that vary from state to state.

I acknowledge color matching technology from Shane Coatings (and any other paint manufacture) will always be an approximation and not a guarantee of an exact match to the color sample I possess and am sending Shane Coatings for matching.

We provide custom color matching and can match any color as long as you provide us one of three things below:

  1. The EXACT color name from any fan deck, and the manufacturer name such as Home Depot, Sherwin Williams, Benjamin Moore, etc.
  2. The exact color code from a color chip sample either online or in a fan deck.
  3. If you do not have your color chosen yet you can skip this step and check the box above that says “I Don’t Know My Color Yet”.

After placing your order you can then send your chosen color to colors@shanecoatings.com

We will not ship your order until we have received a color from you. If you do not wish to have a color match simply notify us of that and we can ship your product with no color mixing or tinting.

Please Read Carefully on the Factors Affecting Color Samples:

  1. Color chips and color samples are affected by light, age, heat, and other factors.
  2. On-screen and printer color representations may vary from actual paint colors due to differences in monitor calibrations and printer variations.

Other Factors Affecting Color of a Finish Coating:

The texture, porosity, prior color of the substrate, lighting, as well as other influences may alter the appearance of the applied coating. Shane Coatings make no warranty as to the exact duplication of color and finish on color chips, and/or color samples you see on a desktop computer screen or mobile device.

Therefore the color and finish of the actual paint in the container we deliver to you may vary slightly from the appearance of a corresponding color chip in a fan deck or from the colors you see on your computer or mobile device screen. You must check the box indicating you accept these terms before you can continue checking out.
